These are served on platters either before the meal or after the meal. Hosts often serve these instead of sweets and are popular with wines. Served on platters before the meal or can also be left for later.

Prawn and Pasta Cocktails or Melon ball Cocktail, Chicken Vol-au-vents.

Hot Savouries*

Mini Spring Rolls, Mini chicken Bites, Spicy Meat Balls and Vol-au-vents served with dipping sauces.

* These are served on platters before the meal and are only available with the standard smorgasbord menu.

Soup

Cream of Chicken, Cream of Pumpkin, Vegetable or Tomato.
Choose any two (2) soups.

The soups are served at the tables.

50 / 50 Salad and Vegetables

Alternative to all salad in smorgasbord menu. 1/2 Salad and 1/2 vegetables. Choose 5 Salads from Garden green, Pasta, Rice, Coleslaw, Potato, Pineapple and Beetroot plus Honey Carrots and mixed Peas/ Corn.

Hot Potato is standard.

PLUS: Baked Butter Nut Pumpkin OR Cauliflower Baked in Cheese sauce.
